"Wraparound Care is a place for kids of all ages, little or big. It has loads of games and toys for your child to enjoy. There are two areas - the quiet side, a place for relaxing and reading, and the play side - with games for all ages. There is a kitchen playset (my favourite) and loads more to discover. When it is Summer we usually play outside. They have bikes, scooters and more! 

For me, Wraparound Care is my second home. Maybe you will enjoy it as much as me!"

Bookings and Payments

All sessions need to be booked in advance using the My Child At School App.

PLEASE NOTE - the booking window closes 24 hours in advance. To make a booking on the day please telephone the school office - 01394 460328.

Cancellations / Absences

We ask that parents please cancel any booked sessions as soon as they can. Cancellations need to be made by ringing the school office and speaking to a member of staff.

Full fees are applicable for absences including sickness, holidays or other non-working related reasons unless a notice period of 24 hours is provided.

Payments by Child Care Vouchers

Please contact the school office in the first instance if you will be using childcare vouchers. Wrap around care sessions can be paid for using childcare vouchers, tax free childcare or grants. As soon as the school receives the remittance from a voucher or grant provider, the child’s My Child At School account balance will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that this can take up to 2 or 3 weeks to process.

Where will the children be?

Wrap around care will be hosted primarily in the Old School House. We will also make use of all of our outdoor areas and hall where needed. We are investing money in purchasing equipment and furniture to make the spaces we are using suitable to host children of all ages.   

Where will I drop off and collect my children?

Wrap around care drop off and collection will take place at the Old School House entrance. There is a door bell to gain attention. 

What will the children be doing?

The wrap around care leader will have weekly planning time to prepare a wide range of activities such as craft, games, art and help with homework. We will also be making maximum use of the outdoor areas of the school. 

There is a high expectation that children attending the Wrap Around Care will be well behaved and follow the school rules, in line with the School’s Behaviour Policy. All school policies will apply to the wrap around care service. 

What if there is a change?
